It only happens once a year and its absolutely insane. All of the locally owned businesses in the North Loop IBIZ District host their annual block party. That means crazy sales with major discounts, new merchandise, and special treats and drinks.

  • Blue Velvet will have a sidewalk sale plus 20% off all vintage clothing inside the shop
  • Bravado Dog Grooming, Neu Appliances and Joe’s Amps-Amp Repair Austin/Magnecord Studios will be hosting a dog-friendly corner backyard party at “Joe’s Backyard!” Complimentary treats for dogs and beer for their humans.
  • drink.well. will offer happy hour pricing to anyone who shows a same-day receipt from a North Loop store or business on the day of the block party. This includes $7 cocktails, $4 draft beers and 20% off wines!
  • Epoch Coffee will have half price half iced mojo/half iced coffee, and a may have another special surprise in store as well!
  • Ermine Vintage will offer 20% off storewide
  • Flourish will be pouring champagne all day to accompany a succulent sale from 10am-8pm!
  • Forbidden Fruit: 12-6pm: Naughty Games/Sexy Scavenger Hunt for prizes from Screaming O and Uberlube, featuring gift bags with Screaming O products worth $20, no purchase necessary!. Free sweet treats and libations to “sweeten” your shopping experience all day long. Live music on the roof from 1-3pm, featuring teen rockers RIIL Chemistry.
  • Foreign & Domestic will offer $3 parking lot popovers & pastries from 1-4 & half priced apps for anyone with a same day receipt from a North Loop business
  • Revival Vintage will have a storewide sale, sidewalk sale, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
  • Room Service Vintage will have a parking lot sale.
  • Workhorse Bar will have the front parking lot setup with a BBQ trailer, bands from 4:30pm-11pm, and a beer trough out front.
